When and where can I have my appointment?
We offer concierge and in-home physical therapy sessions by appointment for your convenience. If you are interested in in-home appointments please contact our office to see if this service is available in your area.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure the best treatment and care for our patients. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. This allows us to allocate the slot to another patient in need.
How do I prepare for the session, and what should I wear for physical therapy?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Bring any relevant medical reports or doctor’s notes with you to the session along with your ID and preferred payment method for your co-pay, if you have one.
